Justina began her professional career working for the Ministry of Finance in Taiwan after earning her Bachelor of Accounting Degree. She then pursued her Master in Professional Accounting (MPA) Degree from the University of Texas at Austin, solidifying her expertise.

High-Level Public & Private Sector Impact
Before establishing her independent practice, Justina gained invaluable experience at leading institutions. She worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), one of the world's largest accounting firms, and later served with the Department of Energy. Her dedication to public service led her to become Assistant City Controller for Houston, a role that provided a deep understanding of local financial intricacies and public trust.

Justina's journey extends far beyond finance. She is a world traveler, having visited over 40 countries, including 28 in Africa where she represented Asian companies. This global exposure has not only broadened her perspective but also instilled a profound adaptability and understanding of diverse economic environments. (And yes, on the fun side, she even had a pet lion named "Mobutu" for 3.5 years in Ivory Coast – a testament to her adventurous spirit and unique life experiences!)
